Build Progress

Framing and substrate works progress on this landmark Queenstown home, with the structure now taking clear shape ahead of the next build phase.

Our landscapers have laid their last paving stone, planted their final shrub, and raked their last load of garden mulch to mark the end of the exterior work at 6 Nolan Road. Inside, the paintwork and floor coverings are in place and we're dressed to impress with staging furniture.

Traditionally a celebrated milestone for every new build, the team at 6 Nolan Road have raised a toast to the roofing going on at this new home in the heart of Greenlane. This marks a turning point in the construction process as focus now shifts to in the interior elements of the project.  

The warmer weather has heralded a happy milestone at this new townhouse build at 6 Nolan Road, as the framing has been erected and the roof trusses are bedded in.

We're pleased to announce that our townhouse development project at 6 Nolan Road, Greenlane, has had its build consent issued by Auckland Council.
