Another key milestone has been reached at our Spinnaker Bay, Beachlands build, with the installation of the ColorSteel long run roofing now complete.

With Council Consent secured, the build is underway. In the first of many milestones to come, we have completed the RibRaft® slab pour at 2 Brady Road.

Our landscapers have laid their last paving stone, planted their final shrub, and raked their last load of garden mulch to mark the end of the exterior work at 6 Nolan Road. Inside, the paintwork and floor coverings are in place and we're dressed to impress with staging furniture.
