Construction at 2 Brady Road, Ōtāhuhu is progressing well, with structural framing now largely in place across the development. Timber framing and upper-level structures have been erected, clearly defining the scale, layout and form of the homes. With scaffolding installed, the team is working efficiently to advance the build through this critical phase. This milestone marks the transition from groundwork to vertical construction, bringing the project to life on site. As framing nears completion, focus will shift to roofing, external wrap and cladding, continuing momentum toward achieving a weathertight structure.
