2 Brady Road External Works Take Shape.
Another significant milestone has been reached at 2 Brady Road, Ōtāhuhu, with ColorSteel long run roofing now installed across all three buildings and 13 units. The development is increasingly taking its finished form, while attention on site is now shifting to the surrounding hardscaping and landscaping.
Work is currently progressing on the driveway and carpark areas, with each unit benefiting from its own off-street parking space. The landscape plan combines durable hard surfaces with carefully considered planting, including low groundcover alongside the carparks and a mix of trees, palms, hedging and low-maintenance garden beds to soften the built environment and add visual interest throughout the development.
Dedicated rubbish and recycling areas will also be incorporated, with screened enclosures designed to keep bins conveniently located while maintaining a tidy appearance.
Lighting is another important part of the external works, with pathway, entrance, driveway and carpark lighting planned to support safe and convenient movement around the development after dark. As these works progress, the site is moving another step closer to becoming a complete, practical and welcoming residential environment.
