2 Brady Road Moves Closer to Completion
Work at 2 Brady Road continues to move steadily towards completion, with progress now clearly visible both inside and across the wider development.
Internally, kitchen installation is underway, bringing another major element of the 13 new homes together. Cabinetry is being fitted throughout the units, with the combination of clean white finishes and timber accents beginning to establish the contemporary interior character. As the kitchens progress, attention will turn to benchtops, appliances, fixtures and the remaining finishing details.
Outside, the car park and pedestrian pathways are now complete, providing the permanent access routes between the three buildings and each of the homes. This is an important milestone for the shared areas of the development and provides a solid foundation for the landscaping and other final exterior works still to come.
Meanwhile, the bricklayers are continuing work on the building exteriors. The light-toned brickwork, contrasted with dark joinery and vertical feature panels, is giving the development its distinctive finished appearance as the scaffolding progressively comes down.
With interior fit-out and exterior finishing now advancing together, 2 Brady Road is entering the later stages of construction, with the focus increasingly shifting towards the details that will prepare these homes for completion.
