Citta Homes is pleased to announce that our townhouse development project at 6 Nolan Road, Greenlane, has had its build consent issued by Auckland Council.
This means that we can push the GO button on construction right away. Our first task is to clear the site, including the uplifting of the original villa and relocating it to the back end of the site. This will make way for four brand new, three-level, three-bedroom townhouses in the heart of Greenlane.
The original lot will be split into five fee simple titles: one each for the four new townhouses and one for the newly sectioned off villa, which the current property owner will retain. Check back soon for further updates as we break ground at 6 Nolan Road this Autumn!
