Once you have chosen your preferred property or unit, contact our friendly sales team to check availability and final design specifications.
Sign
With the support of your solicitor, sign our conditional Sale & Purchase Agreement. As standard you will have 10 working days to arrange finance and 5 working days to conduct due diligence.
Payment
Happy to proceed? Confirm the agreement as unconditional and make a 10% deposit payment. There are no progress payments; the balance is due upon the completion of the build.

We recommend you conduct any sale and purchase of real estate with the support of a solicitor.
Warranty
Per Building Act guidelines, Citta Homes builds are backed by a 12-month warranty for minor defects concerning the non-structural parts of the house, along with a 10-year warranty for structural integrity.
NZBC
All products and systems used in this build are compliant with or exceed NZBC requirements, including ventilation, electrical safety systems, fire safety systems, plumbing systems, intertenancy partition systems.
Substitutions
Citta Homes reserves the right to substitute brands and products mentioned on this website, in any downloads or on our social channels with brands and products of a similar value and quality.
