Foundations Poured at 2 Brady Road – RibRaft® Floor System Complete
Following the issue of Council Consent, construction at 2 Brady Road, Ōtāhuhu is now well underway. This marks a significant milestone with the successful installation of the RibRaft® floor system, forming a strong, insulated and structurally efficient foundation for the homes to come. Extensive site preparation, boxing and reinforcing have been completed, and concrete has now been poured and finished to specification. The RibRaft® system delivers enhanced thermal performance and seismic resilience, providing long-term durability for future residents. With foundations established, the we’re looking confidently ahead to the next phase of vertical construction.
