Framing and substrate works are progressing strongly across the upper and lower levels of the Queenstown Hill residence.
The team has now installed extensive timber floor and roof framing, integrated with structural steel to achieve the spans and openings required for the home’s panoramic outlook. Substrate systems are being laid in preparation for concrete pours and future cladding, supported by comprehensive safety netting and temporary works. The scale of the structure is becoming clearly defined, with each stage completed to millimetre accuracy. With the primary framework now established, the build is well positioned to move into full enclosure and detailing over the coming months.
